₹10 from the employee and ₹50 from the employer, in June and December.
Applies to: All factories, and establishments in business or trade that employed more than nine workers on any working day in the past twelve months, including contractors (each unit counted separately).
What to do
- Deduct the employee's LWF share in the months it is due, add the employer's share, and pay both to the welfare board.
- Show the employee share on the payslip.
