Board Member, MSME, ISF
15+ years in labour-law compliance, from routine filings to complex inspections. He built LaBbrio’s pan-India compliance and payroll advisory practice, with a focus on EPF and ESIC, including EPF Section 7A inquiries and ESIC C-18 inspection cases.
A regulatory committee member in the ISF HR community, he runs awareness sessions and webinars for employers and HR teams. In 2021 he challenged the EPFO’s rule requiring Aadhaar-verified UANs for ECR filing in the Bombay High Court (Writ Petition No. 5836 of 2021).
